Your booking page & profile

Brand the public page people land on, and choose exactly what they see.

Your public page is where invitees land - at dayotter.com/your-handle (or your own domain on Pro). It lists the booking types you've made public, styled the way you set it. It's the first impression, so it's worth a couple of minutes.

Make it yours

  • Handle - the /your-handle part of the URL. Pick something short and recognisable under Settings → Profile.
  • Accent colour - themes buttons and highlights on your public pages to match your brand.
  • Welcome message - a short line of context shown at the top of your page (“Book time with me - I usually reply within a day”).
  • Avatar and display name - the face and name people see.

Control what's listed

Only booking types marked public appear on your page. Keep internal or paid types private and share their direct links with just the people who need them. Reorder types so your most important one is first.

Tip

For a single high-stakes meeting - a candidate, a big prospect - generate a one-off link from the booking type instead of sharing your whole page. It works once and then expires, so your full calendar stays private.
