Payments & prepaid packages

Charge to book, take deposits, and sell bundles of sessions - via Stripe.

Connect Stripe and any booking type can require payment - the full price or a deposit - before the slot is held. It's ideal for consultations, coaching, lessons, and anything where your time is the product. Free types stay free.

Take payment to book

Connect Stripe under Settings → Payments (or the Billing area).
Open a booking type and set a price, or a deposit amount.
Share the link - invitees pay at checkout, and the slot is confirmed only once payment succeeds.

Prepaid session packages

Sell a bundle up front - ten lessons, a block of coaching hours - and the client draws down one credit per booking. They pay once, receive a credit balance, and book as they go. You can also grant credits manually (a comped session, a referral). Balances are tracked atomically, so they never go wrong.

Refunds and no-shows

Cancelling a paid booking can refund it in the same step.
Deposits are a gentle middle ground - enough commitment to deter no-shows without charging the full fee.
