Meeting distribution
How incoming meetings are shared across a team - evenly, by weight, or by availability - so no one is overloaded.
Meeting distribution describes the policy a team uses to allocate bookings: pure rotation, weighted rotation, or by who has the most open time. Good distribution keeps workloads fair, respects seniority or specialty, and adapts when someone is away.
It's the umbrella concept behind round-robin, weighting and routing - the levers a team pulls to decide who takes what.
In DayOtter
DayOtter distributes meetings by weighted round-robin, only ever to a host who is actually free, with per-member weights you can tune or zero out at any time.
